By using Essentials Tracker, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Essentials Tracker is a personal tracking app that helps you log and review daily essentials — such as water intake, workouts, and nutrition — to support your own habits and goals. The app runs entirely on your device and does not require an account or an internet connection to work.
Essentials Tracker does not use accounts, sign-in, or a cloud service. All of your information is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Essentials Tracker is free to use. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. We do not collect or process any payment information.
Because your data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for keeping it safe. We recommend maintaining your own device backups (for example via iCloud or Finder/iTunes). Deleting the app, or losing or resetting your device, will permanently remove your in-app data, and we cannot recover it for you because we never receive it.
Essentials Tracker is provided for general informational and personal-tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, fitness, or other professional advice. The app is not a substitute for professional judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, exercise, hydration, or health. You use the app and rely on any information in it at your own risk.

Essentials Tracker and its content, features, design, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The data you enter and track belongs to you.
Essentials Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information or calculations it provides are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Essentials Tracker.
You may stop using Essentials Tracker at any time by deleting it from your device. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Essentials Tracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
